Currently I am training to be a flight instructor which includes being knowledgeable in the fundamentals of learning and teaching. I love teaching and learning, which is why I am becoming a flight instructor and why I have so many various minors. This last spring was an instructor of a university administered course where a taught college students the fundamentals of flying as well as developed their leadership skills and prepared them to compete in a national flight competition. Pilots are expected to understand basic physics, biology, meteorology, and mechanics including electrics. I have taken math through business calculus, including trigonometry. My english minor is focused on writing arguments and persuasive speech.
