Experience
I am a recent graduate of Utah State University so the rigors of a hectic academic schedule are still fresh in my mind. I graduated with dual degrees with an overall GPA of a 3.6. I majored in History and International Studies and feel that I have a strong background in world affairs past and present with a sharp analytical eye. I also spent one semester studying abroad at the University of Turku, in Turku Finland, which I feel helps to broaden my horizons and experience. I have spent the last several years working as a research assistant for local biotech lab gaining valuable experience in a field that is constantly making you learn and grow. I am currently enrolled in a graduate program in order to gain a Masters degree in Library and Information Science. I have a great passion for knowledge and learning and I hope to pursue a career in which I can help people research and broaden their horizons academically. I have very strong study skills and writing skills. I recently took the GRE for entrance into grad school and scored in the 94th percentile in Analytical Writing.
